Luxury bed and breakfast accommodation in a central location within a conservation area of St Andrews. Two minutes walk from shops,restaurants and five from the Old Course. Our bed and breakfast rate in a twin, double or triple room is from £52.50 per person per night. Singe rooms from £65 per night. Special winter rates available during January and February - please email for details.

Description

Kinburn Guest House is located in a prime conservation area in the West End of St Andrews, just two minutes walk from the town centre and five minutes to the major golf courses, sports facilities, the University, beach and the bus station.

Kinburn offers a high level of comfort and service. We have wifi throughout and offer use of a laptop to those guests wanting to catch up on email. A local company offer our guests a full same-day laundry service with pickup and delivery free.

For our golfing guests we are happy to provide any information you may need in assisting you with local tee times, including St Andrews Links Winter Packages, which include a guaranteed tee time on the Old Course.

We provide drying and storage facilities. A unique addition is an all weather putting green.
